1) A new project was initiated at the St. Catherine of Sienna Orphange, Bandra, where recreational
facilities, uniforms and eatables are provided by the Club. It is proposed to make this an ongoing project
for the Club.
2) Regular visits were made to the Shanti Avedna Ashram where terminal Cancer patients are being
treated by a dedicated group of Catholic Nuns.
3) Activities for the ladies of the Worli Village continued during the year. A number of programme were
organised in which through the media of posters, films,songs, competitions classes etc. Themes of
uplifting the living standards and medicare were brought out.
4) There was an active participation in the programmes organised by the Rotary Club of Bombay North,
the District Association and by the other Inner Wheel Clubs in the City.
