The event focused on lifestyle habits and stress management for the police force. *The importance of mental and physical health* play a vital role in managing our lifestyle and stress that are by product of our lifestyle. The impact of stress on our well being cannot be overlooked. That is why nutrition, exercise, sleep, and social connections play such vital roles in managing stress . That is why it is imperative that Mindfulness and meditation be made part of our daily life. *Dr. Jyoti Dabholkar* reinforced that taking care of mental health is vital for effective policing and personal well-being.
