Project - Diamond Jubilee Flagship Project

*DIAMOND JUBILEE FLAGSHIP PROJECT.* *Integrated Village Development.* *Water-Health-Education- Women Empowerment.* This project was a *comprehensive approach* to community development, addressing essential needs such as water, health, and education. The installation of *solar panels* for water irrigation was a crucial step towards sustainable agriculture. The addition of *borewells* for drinking water ensured that every household has access to clean water, which is vital for health and well-being. Following our success with water solutions, establishing a *medical clinic* to serve 10 villages was an impactful move. In just *three months, reaching around 1,500 patients highlights* the immediate need for healthcare services in the area. This clinic addresses various health issues, provides preventive care, and raises awareness about hygiene and nutrition, which are essential for improving the overall health of the community. Our initiative to *distribute bicycles to the top and hard working students* from the village school is an inspiring way to promote *education* . By encouraging academic excellence, we not only motivate students but also help reduce barriers to accessing education, such as distance and transportation challenges. Hoping that this investment in education will foster a culture of learning and growth, which is critical for the long-term development of the community. We Also donated *30 solar panels* to those homes with absolutely no power supply. Earlier in the month of September we donated *another 30 solar panels* in *collaboration with RCBB* at Vikramgadh at Palghar . With the basic needs being taken care we now plant to focus our area on *women empowerment* by setting up small scale industry for *grinding masala and Papad msking* machines which will be an excellent step towards sustainable growth. It will not only provide them opportunities for income generation and skill development but also foster economic Independence and enhance overall growth of the village. Cannot thank enough our *Shagun President Dr.Jyoti Dabholkar* for her noble gestures and initiatives towards our integrated village project. IWCBN also thanks the *Sarpanch Sadhana Borse* for her full support and cooperation. We also thank *Mr. Hira Jhadav ( vice president of gram Panchayat),* *Mr. Sitaram Jadhav,* *Mr. Ashok Borse,* and *Dr. Umesh ( doctor at the clinic)* for their valuable time and efforts in making our initiative a full success. I have to thank the kids for a beautiful *rendition* of welcome song they sang for us. The kids were thrilled beyond words on receiving their brand new cycles and do not miss our *President* and *IPP* enjoying a ride with them. Thank you *IPP Shirley Lazarus, Sadhana Doshi, PP Rupa Sen and Amita Sanghvi*. Inspite of bracing heavy traffic in the morning the trip was totally gratifying and satisfying . The smiles eased all our discomforts. *_To strength our country , first strengthen it's roots and our roots are our interiors, rural areas and villages...._*
