*Installation of a ventilator, debrillator, humidifier, and 2 air humidifiers at the Kolhapur Cancer Centre*

These life saving equipments are crucial for the resuscitation of patients in the ICU.

This hospital caters to not only Kolhapur but a large outlying area, most of it below the poverty line.

This is the first hospital in the area catering to cancer patients, and thus fulfills a much needed vacuum in health care.

Cost of the machines: 12 lakhs

 

50 warm comfortable Dohars were also donated by our club to the patients, who were doubly delighted to receive such a bounty!

We also had the privilege of having Association President Jyoti Mahipal, District Chairman Lakshmi Singh, PAP Pushpa Suryamurthy, along with the District Executive Committee members to inaugurate the project.
