She trained numerous young doctors and held position as secretary and president of FHNO She is founder editor of the journal of the association with landmark publications on research and newer treatments.
She is the convenor of the fellowship programme run by association to train indian doctors in head and neck cancers which is No 1 cancer in India because of smoking and tobacco consumption.
She also travels on invitation to represent India in different countries .
