Project - Kidney Dialysis

Kidney dialysis is a vital treatment for individuals experiencing renal failure when the kidneys can no longer perform its function. The machine essentially acts as an artificial kidney, filtering waste products and excess fluid from the blood before returning the purified blood to the body. Donating to a dialysis centre can help provide life saving treatment to kidney failure patients.

Pushpachandra Charitable Trust at Ghatkopar does dialysis which routinely costs ₹2500 per sitting at a discounted rate of ₹200 for deserving patients.

Today’s contribution of *₹20000* by IWCBN would impact the lives of 100 patients, alleviating their financial burden.

The Trustee Mr Chetanbhai extended his heartfelt gratitude for our generosity, compassion and faith in the organization’s mission as well as making a difference in the lives of the needy.

Was attended by President Chahna Gandhi, PP Shirley Lazarus, new member Payal Thakkar & myself, Urvija Sanghvi
